Egidijus Marcinkevicius also convinced VA (Veterans Affairs) assessment employees in Cleveland, Ohio to have John Beno's disability rating decreased from 30% to 10%. World War II veteran John Beno was in bed 23-hours a day, could not talk, could not communicate whatsoever, could not walk, could not move, and his court-appointed guardian/fiduciary has John Beno rated as 10% disabled, even though John Beno was 100% disabled.
